Yes, we ship all over the United States.
We have a warehouse located in the United States. We offer the best quality trackable shipping solution. We provide shipping from our warehouse by UPS/FedEx/DHL and USPS. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you.
Deliveries can take anywhere from 2-8 business days, depending on the product. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed. However, we will do our best to support your request. As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order as long as the notice was made within 24 hours.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to levy additional charges if the return does not meet these criteria.
To return an item, please contact us for the mailing address. All items should be securely placed in their original packing. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
